Documents received from clients are frequently filed in document groupings, or 'folders' that contain multiple related documents. On some occasions, IPT is required to scan all folder items to an 'image folder' that contains all individual image documents, and return the original documents to the client in the same folder format.
Document preparation includes the appropriate setup of all documents groupings (if applicable), as well as the removal of staples, paper clips, and other objects that may hinder the scanning process.
